Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do. Please send us a message through the webshop.

Due to the distance of Australia from the rest of the world, all our parcels are shipped with tracking from Australia Post. Certain items such as Blu-rays and decals will not be shipped with tracking.

Why is shipping so expensive for your books?

They are very large and heavy and we refuse to skimp on paper quality, packaging and inks.

How long does shipping take?
Deliveries to North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East takes around 2 weeks.

My parcel is trapped in customs
We are not responsible for your local customs fees and duties. We are also not responsible for the delay in your local service and authority clearances.

Could you re-deliver?
Yes. For any reason the collection is missed, re-deliveries are at the cost of the purchasers.

What are your returns policy?
We do not accept returns and refunds unless we have made a fulfillment error (packing the wrong item in the parcel, or error in sizing for clothing and the like).
